According to the Suffolk County Clerk:

2001: 4,380 divorce judgements were entered;
The Divorce Mediation Center did 353, or 8.06%

2002: 3,888 divorce judgements were entered;
The Divorce Mediation Center did 311, or 8.00%

2003: 4,127 divorce judgements were entered;
The Divorce Mediation Center did 327, or 7.92%

2004: 4,064 divorce judgements were entered;
The Divorce Mediation Center did 314, or 7.72%

2005: 3,986 divorce judgements were entered;
The Divorce Mediation Center did 322, or 8.07%

2006: 4,087 divorce judgements were entered;
The Divorce Mediation Center did 331, or 8.10%

2007: 3,676 divorce judgements were entered;
The Divorce Mediation Center did 323, or 8.79%

2008 statistics will be posted when available, but for the last seven years, we have consistently mediated around eight percent of all of divorces granted in Suffolk County!
